  • HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR CLASS?
    We endeavour to provide all clients with a rewarding experience. In order to do so, we encourage you to come in comfortable and form-fitting activewear which allows our instructors to monitor your body alignment. If you're attending Pilates including reformer group classes, grip socks must be worn for safety and hygiene purposes. You will be denied entry if no socks are worn. If you've left your socks at home or don't have any, fret not! They can be purchased at our studio.
  • IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
    There are plenty of public parking spaces in the area. Do note that parking may get limited depending on the time of the day so we'd highly recommend arriving early to get a spot so you won't be late for class.
  • IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
    As the saying goes, "age is just a number". Clients of all ages are welcomed to join! However, for clients who are younger than 16 or older than 60 y/o, we'd recommend you to start off with private sessions which will be tailored to cater for your fitness level and physical condition.
  • HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?
    Please arrive 15 minutes before your class to allow yourself ample time to check in, get changed and settle in. Do note that we have a strict late arrival policy and latecomers will not be allowed entry once the class has started.
  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
    Please bring along a bottle of water to stay hydrated and a towel to wipe off your sweat.
  • DO YOU OFFER CLASSES IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES?
    Our instructors are fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • WHAT AMENITIES DO YOU OFFER?
    Lockers are provided at our studio to keep your belongings secure while you work hard in class. Please make full use of them and avoid bringing your personal items into class as they can pose a safety hazard. Our studio come equipped with toilets and changing rooms so you can get changed before resuming your routine for the day. We have a water dispenser to keep you hydrated so remember to bring along your bottle and have them refilled at any time. Anti-slip rubber mats are prepared so you can travel light. Just come with an open mind and leave the rest to us.
  • WHAT IS YOUR STUDIO ETIQUETTE?
    Have a light meal before class — avoid coming in with an empty stomach to ensure that you have sufficient energy to workout. Do also let your food digest for at least 2 hours after a heavy meal so you'll won't feel uncomfortable during the practice. Be on time — arrive at least 15 mins before class to allow yourself ample time to check in, get changed if needed and settle in. Note that we will not allow entry into class once the class has commenced. Check in — please check in with our friendly receptionist when you arrive at the studio and let them know what class you'll be attending. Relax and unplug — ensure that your phones are on silent mode before placing them into lockers or bringing them into class. Bringing kids along? — clients are allowed to bring their kids or those in their care along but please ensure that they stay in the rest area and do not disturb others. Note that they will not be permitted to enter the class due to safety reasons. Leaving the room — it's not uncommon to experience dizziness, fatigue or discomfort during your first class. If you must leave the room, please do so quietly. Drink some water to stay hydrated and and recuperate in our rest area. You can rejoin the class once you feel better. Stay till the end — please plan to stay for the entire class. If you have to leave early, do make sure to inform your instructor prior to the commencement of the class. Sanitise your area — we'd appreciate if you can help us wipe down all equipments used with the disinfectant wipes provided to prepare the room for the next class. If props are being used in class, please return them to their original locations.
  • DO I NEED TO BE FIT/FLEXIBLE TO JOIN?
    Absolutely not! Exercises can be modified to accommodate different fitness levels which allows you to work at your own pace. Our instructors will also guide you patiently and offer straightforward verbal cues throughout the class. Don't be shy to reach out to them if you have any concerns.
  • CAN I FREEZE/EXTEND MY PLAN?
    FREEZING OF PLANS If you are travelling for an extended period of time or deemed unfit for exercise due to medical reasons, we'll require a proof of travel or doctor's letter to consider your request to freeze your plan. We only allow one freeze request per plan. All request is subjected to management discretion and reviewed on a case by case basis. Please get in touch should you wish you freeze your plan. EXTENSION OF PLANS Unfortunately, we do not allow extension of plans but unused credits from your previous plan can be carried forward to your next plan and will be valid for the same duration as the next plan. Please contact us before your plan ends should you wish to carry forward your credits.
  • ARE THERE ANY PREREQUISITES FOR GROUP CLASSES?
    Everyone is welcomed to join our beginner-level classes. Do note that our drop-in plans and intro offers can only be used for beginner-level classes that do not have any prerequisites. For intermediate classes, the following prerequisites apply: Reformer group classes: Reformer Sculpt: 3 Reformer101 classes regardless of prior experience Reformer Strength: 3 Reformer101 classes regardless of prior experience Aerial group classes: Aerial Yoga II: 20 Aerial Yoga I classes or upon instructor's recommendation Aerial Dance II: 20 Aerial Dance I classes or upon instructor's recommendation Aerial Hoop II: 20 Aerial Hoop I classes or upon instructor's recommendation Pole Dance: prior experience of aerial dance/hoop is required. You can also check directly with your instructor to see if you're ready to advance to the next level.
  • CAN I DROP-IN WITHOUT A BOOKING?
    Unfortunately, no. As we only have a limited number of spots per class, we'd highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot and avoid disappointment.
  • HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
    Class bookings can be done on our website or via the Fit By Wix app which can be downloaded on Apple App Store/Google Play Store (invite code: SEIZETHEDAYR). Check out our Schedule and select the class you'd like to attend. Fill out your details or log in your account for faster booking. If you have an active plan with us, your credit will be deducted automatically. If you don't, you'll be prompted to purchase a plan first and then be redirected back to the booking page to confirm your booking. You'll receive an email confirmation once you're booked in. Or you can check your bookings here. We look forward to seeing you in class!
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    To be fair to our waitlisted clients, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy which allows you to cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled class. Cancellation made outside of this free cancellation window is considered a late cancellation and would result in a forfeit of class credit.
  • HOW MANY PAX ARE THERE IN A CLASS?
    We pride ourselves in our small group setting of 6-8 pax per class depending on class types. This ensures our utmost attention to you.
  • WHAT HAPPENS TO CLASS CANCELLATION BY THE STUDIO?
    In the event where a class is cancelled by the studio due to various reasons such a low attendance or unforeseeable emergencies, you'll be notified at least 4 hours before the start of the class via email and the class credit will be refunded to your account.
  • WHAT IS YOUR LATE ARRIVAL POLICY?
    We have a strict late arrival policy and latecomers will not be allowed into class. To prevent disruption in the flow of our group classes and as a form of respect to our instructors and clients, you'll not be permitted to enter the room once the class has started. Your class credit will not be refunded in an event of late arrivals or no-shows.
  • CAN YOUR PLANS BE USED FOR ALL THE CLASSES?
    We have separate plans for reformer and aerial group classes and they cannot be used interchangeably. Also, our drop-in plans and intro offers can only be used for beginner-level classes that has no prerequisites.
  • IS THERE A WAITLIST FOR FULLY-BOOKED CLASS?
    Of course! However, our waitlist can only be accessed from the Fit by Wix app. If the class you're interested in is full, simply join the waitlist as spots may open up closer to date. The good news is: you don't need to have an active plan to join the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, members with an active plan will be given a priority and be automatically added to the class. A booking confirmation email will be sent out once you're booked in. You can also check your booking under your account. For those without a plan, you'll receive a notification to book the class within 30 minutes before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist. You'll have to purchase a plan before you can proceed to book your class.
  • WHAT CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
    If you're new to us, we'd strongly recommend starting with: REFORMER101 for reformer group classes AERIAL YOGA I for aerial group classes
  • HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE SESSION?
    You can book a private session on our website or via the Fit By Wix app which can be downloaded on Apple App Store / Google Play Store (invite code: HEYDAYR). Select a session and time slot you wish to book here. Fill out your details or log in your account for faster booking. If you have an active plan with us, your credit will be deducted automatically. If you don't, you'll be prompted to purchase a plan first and then be redirected back to the booking page to confirm your booking. You'll receive an email confirmation once your session is confirmed.   • CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS
    To cancel or reschedule your private session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. For private sessions cancelled outside of the free cancellation window without a valid reason, it would be considered a late cancellation and your credit will be forfeited. Should you wish to make changes to your session, please get in touch with your instructor-in-charge.
  • HOW CAN I PERSONALISED MY PRIVATE SESSIONS?
    The plans for private sessions can be used across all of our services including Pilates (be it in Pilates/Reformer room), Aerial Hoop and Dance, which can be booked according to your preferred schedule. Aside from that, you can share with us your fitness goals and the areas you wish to improve on.
  • DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE SESSIONS?
    Of course! We offer Solo (1:1), Duo (2:1) and Trio (3:1) private sessions for Pilates and Aerial Dance/Hoop.
  • SHOULD I TAKE PRIVATE SESSIONS?
    It depends entirely on your lifestyle, fitness goals and budget! Private sessions are great in helping you improve your flexibility, strength, muscle endurance and postural alignment in sessions customised to your physical condition and fitness level. Private sessions are beneficial to those who: Prefer to have a personalised exercise plan tailored to their fitness levels and goals, which in turn, will allow them to reach their maximum fitness potential in the shortest amount of time. Wish to have more privacy to work out at their own pace. Or share the space with only their friends/families. Require detailed supervision and instructions to better understand the proper techniques used so you can practise safely. Are ready to take things up a notch and challenge themselves beyond what is offered in group classes. Are just starting out and feel intimidated to be working out in a group setting.   • CANCELLATION POLICY

  • PLAN POLICY
    All purchased plans are strictly non-refundable, non-shareable & non-transferable. A start date for the plan is to be chosen at checkout and once it is activated, it will be valid for the duration stated which varies according to the selected plan and cannot be extended beyond the validity date.
  • LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
    We have a strict late arrival policy and latecomers will not be tolerated. To prevent disruption in the flow of our group classes and as a form of respect to our instructors and clients, you'll not be permitted to enter the room once the class has started. Your class credit will not be refunded in an event of late arrivals or no-shows.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    On our website & Fit by Wix app, we accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Grab Pay and FPX payment. For alternative payment methods, you can scan the DuitNow QR below to pay with mobile banking or e-wallet. Or Bank Transfer to: DAYR STUDIO Hong Leong Bank 21900081513 Please fill in this form if you wish to pay using DuitNow or Bank Transfer.
  • DO YOU HAVE ANY SPLIT PAYMENT OPTION?
    All our plans have to be paid in full amount upfront. If you are purchasing Duo/Trio plans for Private Sessions and wish to split payment between different individuals, reach out to us here.
  • CAN I GET A REFUND IF I PURCHASED A WRONG PLAN?
    All purchased plans are non-refundable as per our plan policy. If you need help in deciding a plan that suits your needs, feel free to get in touch.
  • DO YOU HAVE ANY OFFERS FOR FIRST-TIMERS?
    Absolutely! We have two intro offers available for those interested to try out our group classes. 4 AERIAL CLASSES for only RM140 4 REFORMER CLASSES for only RM280 They are valid for a month and can only be purchased once.
