AERIAL SESSIONS

We offer Solo (1:1), Duo (2:1), Trio (3:1) & Quartet (4:1) sessions. You'll have access to aerial yoga, hoop and dance sessions in our Aerial Room.

Feel free to personalise your schedule according to your needs.  

Whatever your goals, we'll help you get there.

BENEFITS

Private sessions are beneficial to those who:

  • Prefer to have a personalised exercise plan tailored to their fitness levels and goals, which in turn, will allow them to reach their maximum fitness potential in the shortest amount of time.

  • Wish to have more privacy to work out at their own pace. Or share the space with only their friends/families.

  • Require detailed supervision and instructions to better understand the proper techniques used so you can practise safely.

  • Are ready to take things up a notch and challenge themselves beyond what is offered in group classes.

  • Are just starting out and feel intimidated to be working out in a group setting.

  • Want to have more flexibility in terms of schedules including timings and frequencies.
