The class will commence with a warm-up designed to improve your flexibility, build your strength and prepare you for aerial dance. We’ll delve into the basics of spin techniques and inversion poses to get you started. Additionally, you’ll learn the art of seamless pose transitions and the tricks to regulate spin velocity.

AERIAL HOOP I
Build the foundations for your aerial practice
Prepare to strengthen your body and enhance your balance as you experience the thrill of aerial acrobatics on the hoop. Our introductory class will guide you through a series of body conditioning exercises to prepare you for the unique challenges of aerial hoop work. Aside from learning essential techniques for entering and exiting the hoop safely, you'll explore a range of fundamental poses on the static hoop.

If you're looking to take your skills to the next level, our spinning class is just what you need. In each class, you'll learn a choreographed routine that combines a sequence of poses, with emphasis placed on refining your spin techniques and achieving fluidity in your transitions. This class will provide a platform for you to improve your musicality and express your creativity.

AERIAL YOGA I
Embark on your aerial adventure here
Ready to take things off the mat? This is the best way to learn the ropes at all things aerial. Our beginner-friendly class will prep you with all the necessary skills to perform tricks in the air, starting with a 40-minute full-body warm-up followed by a 20-minute aerial flow that combines different poses each class. This class combines elements of yoga and Pilates which allows you to enhance your flexibility while building strength. For those wanting to experience inversions, the aerial hammock provides an exceptional body support and stability.
